Our global compliance program is built on elements of an effective compliance program established by the Office of Inspector General, Department of Justice, and industry codes and is guided by our Code of Conduct. It sets clear expectations for how we work—with accountability, transparency, and within ethical standards. With leadership oversight and 24/7 reporting tools, we foster a culture where people are empowered to speak up and do what’s right.

Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct defines how we operate. It’s grounded in respect, trust, and accountability, and it applies to every team member worldwide. All team members, plus select contractors and vendors, complete annual training and certify their commitment to the code.

We educate healthcare professionals about our products, collaborate with them on research, and rely on their expertise as advisers. These interactions are governed by laws, regulations, and standards and always reflect our commitment to integrity.

Our marketing and promotion highlight the approved uses of our products and the needs of patients. The truthful, on-label, fair-balanced, and ethical communications are designed to help healthcare professionals make informed and independent decisions about how they can use our products for their patients.

Governments are integral to the pharmaceutical industry, from research and development and regulatory submissions to manufacturing and import/export activities. Through these interactions, we follow all anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws and act with the utmost integrity and transparency.

Our leadership fosters a culture of compliance by demonstrating a commitment to ethical and compliant business practices every day. Keenova’s organizational structure embeds compliance at the highest levels of the company, setting the integrity and accountability expectations from the top.

  • Our Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer reports directly to our CEO and the Governance Compliance Committee of the Board of Directors.  

  • Our Management Compliance Committee oversees, assesses, and enhances our compliance program and supports our strategic priorities. 

  • Our Board of Directors provides oversight through the Governance Compliance Committee and receives quarterly updates on our compliance program.

Our patient programs and responsible pricing approaches are designed to ease cost barriers and support clinically appropriate paths to care for those who need them. We administer our own copay programs, and we support independent charitable copay foundations.

We support efforts that promote disease education and awareness, as well as improve health access and outcomes. We consider grant requests from non-profit organizations whose programs align with our focus areas and serve patients, caregivers, and the public.

Our Community Giving Program operates on an invitation-only basis to ensure alignment with our company goals and priorities. We extend invitations to organizations that share our commitment to the community and embody our core values.
